Updates on Samaantha Yatra (19 july 2006)

As most of you Know Youth For Equality has organized Samaantha Bus Yatra
starting from Mumbai on 19th July and will reach Delhi on 24th July,the very day when Parliament session is starting.

It has already started from Mumbai Yesterday and covered covered Gujrat.

Bus will reach Udaipur at around 1:00 PM today.

It will reach Kota at around 7 :00 PM toady and there is a big rally in Kota(Rajasthan).
Tommorow its reaching Ajmer Sharif Durgah and a Big Rally is there in Jaipur at 5:00 PM tommorow.

By and Large its going on successfully.

Dear Friends,
As you may be aware monsoon session of parliament is about to begin on 24th July. We believe this is going to be one of the most important sessions in the history of independent India.

Government is going to bring the bill to introduce reservation in the institutes of higher learning and excellence. Youth for equality is determined to fight for this cause till very end. Let's expose their hidden motives. As we have done before, let's protest. In democracy and civilized society that's the best way to register our unhappiness.
16 years back government used the same weapon of wait and watch. They succeeded last time. But this time, we will win.

Let's also use this occasion to tell those terrorists who have bombed trains in Mumbai that youth of India is united. Let's pay homage to our brothers who died in that attack.

Youth for equality is organizing events on 23rd July all over India.

Fight we must...

Because generations to come will ask what we did so that India can become a better society...

History will not absolve you for abdicating your duty... thus fight we must... May we win may not.

Evils win not because they are powerful but because

Good souls remain quiet and confined to their homes


Those who care about facts on reservation:

1. Mandal commission did its study in 1978-79 today is 2006 (27 years!)

2. Research Planning Team of sociologists met only once in Delhi from June 12th to 14th, 1979 to draw up a plan of studies and researches which should be undertaken by Backward Classes Commission for determining, in a scientific and objective manner the criteria for defining socially and educationally backward classes.

3. A Panel of Experts led by Prof.M.N. Srinivas, met in Delhi from July 16 to 20th,1979, i.e. for five days, and, a herd detailed deliberations, prepared a complete design of the survey along with a
set of schedules, dummy tables, instructions, etc." So, these two Groups in a sense laid down, what the Commission could do. Now, what did the Commission actually do with it, because neither of these teams was constituted after
this? This means no specialist, no sociologist was involved with this report, apart from those eight days.

4. Cost Indexing data used in this report is of 1891, 1931 Census data was collected and analysed with a view to getting a frame for the linkage of traditional occupations by caste. Can we really interpolate form 1891 and1931, to 1990; or does something better needs to be done? (115 and 75 year old data !)

5. Mandal says in his report "Only one or two States, of them furnished the necessary details. Further, several States did not choose to respond even to some simple and straight-forward questions on important policy issues"

6. Mandal says in his report "the views of every individual group and association were conditioned by their own class interests and the question of giving concessions to OBCs was surcharged with emotion"
That means, the input that he has got from individuals and associations has been very biased by the people who presented them. He then goes on to say:

"It was but natural that most of the respondents appearing before the Commission belonged to the OBC." That means, the inputs that he has got are not reliable as a cross section of society.

7. Only 810 villages out of over 5 lakh villages were surveyed as a sample. "Experts panel had recommended "one per cent purposive sample of villages at the district level to be able to identify a vast majority of backward classes

8. Mandal himself said in his report "In the end, it may be emphasized that the survey has no pretensions to being a piece of academic research. It has been conducted by the administrative machinery of the Government...
All these factors obviously militate against the requirements of a technically sophisticated and academically satisfying operation." He himself has said that this operations is not scientific, is not technically sophisticated and it is not even academically satisfying.

9. One of the problems was that when the Commission itself wanted to go to the villages and see the realities, while the survey covered 810 villages, the Commission itself only visited 37 villages out of 500000 villages in India

10. Only 28 per cent of the respondents favored caste as the sole criterion. 78 percent said that caste can be one of the criteria, but not the sole criterion. So, most of the respondents to mandal commission who were 0BCs.have said that they do not want caste as the single definer

11. National Sample Survey Organisation (NSSO) puts OBC population at 32 per cent, the National Family and Health Survey at 29.8 per cent



What Rajiv Gandhi Said: d o we want all these benefits to be cornered and taken away by land-holders and land lords? Why do we not exclude the people with a certain member of properties from such benefits? Do we want these benefits to go to high senior Government officers who already have got that privilege?

What objection can there be to what I am saying? In fact, every objection that I am hearing is only confirming my fear that this Government is aiming these benefits
at a particularly privileged group and not looking at the really poor.

Politicians & PROBLEMS

Reservation is the political tool to gather vote used by several political parties several times.
I am trying to briefly describe about the existing problems faced by our motherland due to political parties in India .This Description will be in series. I will be describing Congress, BJP, Communist Parties & Regional parties.

The first series is about congress & I will like to view all the views on the following:

1.

Congress

: It is the oldest party in India. This party ruled India for more than half a century. Hence this party & its leaders are responsible for the achievements,India had gained.
Congress & its leaders are only responsible for the problems faced by the Indians.

Following are some failures. of congress:• The problem of J&K.
• The Problem of Pakistan, Bangladesh & China.
• The inequalities in India.
• The Poverty in India.
• The farmer’s poor condition in India.
• The Islamic & Sikh terrorism in India
• The North-Eastern States Problem
• The Naxalite Problem
• Population Explosion


The reason behind this was the insufficiency of the congress leaders to see the actual reasons of the problem. They did not try to solve the root cause of problem so that the problem does not end & they can continue to get their votes.
Pt. Nehru did not tackle the J& k problem & India has to suffer till now. Also Indira Gandhi get chance to solve the problem but she did not did so.
Also Pt.Nehru is responsible for China-Tibet problem.



Population – root cause of all problems:The root cause of all the problem prevailing in india is the growing population but no congress govt. try to solve this problem. More worse situation is that they are not trying to accept this as problem. Only Sanjay Gandhi was there who recognized this problem.

If India has not so much population then following problem has ended –

1.Poverty.2.Education
3.Un-employment.
4.Crimainals
5.Terrrorism
6.Social & Economic inequality.


So, this proves that Congress has only tried to raise the problem , not try to solve the problem. POLPULATION IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL THE PROBLEM .But congress has no concern about this issue. They only relate this problem to religion & try to ignore it. But they did not accept this is the cause of prevailing backwardness in the Society especially to Muslims.This is the root cause of Naxalites & Islamic terrorist. Only dividing we the Indians on the basis of caste & religion.
This Caste & religion based politics is only used by the congress since last 60 yrs



So, We all should raise the issue of population to congress & so that they should include the COMPLSORY POPLATION COTROL IN INDIA FOR ALL INDIANS.

RESERVATION : Think & Answer these questions

Dear We invite you to present your view on current reservation policy,which is based on the caste.You are welcome in both cases whether you support current policy or oppose it.

The reason behind reservation was to eliminate the caste system prevailing in India.

a) Do You think that current policy has succeded in doing so ?
b) Do you agree that you get knowledge of your friend's caste ony when you fills a form for entrance exams or governemnt job?

Reservation Policy was to provide opportunity to backward classes(based on the castes) in the indian society.

a) Do you think that after 60 year of independence the backward society(based on caste) has benifited from this?
b) Is all sections of the OBC/SC/ST caste has benfited from this? Is in this classes only a division has occured while some are getting the whole benifits of the reservation while some get nothing.

Reservation was there to end the in-equality in indian society. So that there are no differences from one men to another in this scociety.

a) Is there inequality on the basis of caste & relogion only ?
b) You don't think the greatest ineuality is on the basis of money only.A person belonging to any caste or religion if he/she is poor then he has to suffer most in every field.

Reservation has become the most mis-used tool by polticians of impelmenting the DIVIDE & RULE POLICY similar to British rule.

a) They are dividing us on the basis of caste & religions.
b) Actual problems of population,poverty,illetracy,corruption etc are being ignored.
Reservation nust be there but the policy must be changed.
a) Reservation must be on the basis of ECONOMIC PROSPERTY only,for all castes & relogions.
b) So that the division is not on the basis of caste & religion.
c) We support that the special privilage must be given to weaker section of society.But weaker means the econmically backward not the socially backward.

Do you not think that in cities the scoial inequality has ended?

a)You don't think that of which caste u'r friend is before making the freindship.Tell me yes or no.
b)You don't think that non-reservated section of society is being treated in simillar way as the jews were treated in Germany.Tell me yes or no.

Reservation :
The cause of division among the youth of our nation .
After 17 years, again this U.P.A government under the leadership of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi & inspired by the some evil political leaders like Arjun Singh, is trying to divide the country people to win elections .So that Congress come to power by there full majority. This policy is taking country towards the BLACK FUTURE OF INDIA like what happened in U.S.S.R .

DIVIDE & RULE POLICY OF INDIAN POLITICIANS :We have seen that whenever we were divided we have to suffer. Our country was attacked & looted by the Islamic intruders like Gauri, Gazni, Abdali .
Later on Our country has to suffer a lot under the Islamic ruler like Auranzab, babar,etc over 1000 years. The reason was that our country was dived on the basis of castes.
After that English Divide us & rule over 500 years. India get divide into two countries.

HOW CAN THE CASTEISM CAN END IN THIS WAY OF RESERVATION?Answer is that the reservation is causing frustration in non-reserved classes of society. Now this is forcing them to continue this division as the Government of India wants this.
Now since many years slowly the casteism was gong to end .But These political parties again divided the people for their dirty benefit . They have done nothing since last 60 years .Again dividing the country on the basis of religion & caste. This U.P.A govt. is doing all wrong thing without any shame.
They first divided the country on religion by providing Muslims reservation in Andhra Pradesh & trying to implement this in center also.
Then for dividing the HINDU COMMUNITY they had started the new move of reservation in Central Educational institutes.




Generals are not the humans for Indian Govt.DELHI : DOCTORS WERE BEATEN BRUTALLY .

DELHI: GIRLS WERE TREATED SHAMELESSLY.
DELHI: NO ONE COME TO TALK TO DOCTORS
DELHI: GOVERNMENT IS SLEEPING.
DELHI : NO POLITICAL PARTIES like congress & B.J.P SUPPORTED THE PROTESTERS
DELHI: MANY POLITICAL PARTIES SUPPORT RESERVATION IN HIGHER STUDIES
DELHI :MANY POLITICAL PARTIES even CONGRESS SUPPORT RESERVATION IN PRIVATE SECTORS.
DELHI :Center MINISTERS LIKE Arjun Singh, ram villas paswan,kamalnath,mira kumari threatened the Private Companies to apply reservation in Private sector, otherwise they will amend the constitution.
MUMBAI : AGAIN THE PROTESTERS WERE BEATEN BRUTALLY
MUMBAI: FEMALE PROTESTERS WERE MISTREATED BY MALE POLICEMEN.

NO PLACE FOR NON-VIOLENCE IN MAHTAMA GANDHI ji's INDIAPEACEFUL PROTESTERS ARE SITTING BUT THEY ARE BRUTALLY WITHOUT ANY REASONS.
Girls even were mis-treated by male police men.
Even right of protest is being snatched away from us
NO govt. official & political party leaders come to meet protesters
IF this protest has been violent then all the party leaders & govt. have meet & talked to protesters.
Negotiations had then started down but this has not occurred with peaceful protesters.
